As a Restaurant Server at AC Hotel Dallas you will be the face of our dining experience delivering attentive personalized service that reflects the brands modern European-inspired hospitality. You will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service anticipating guests needs and ensuring every interaction is welcoming professional and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items beverages and daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered correctly efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive service and responding proactively to requests.
• Collaborate closely with managers chefs and bartenders to ensure a smooth dining experience and quickly resolve any guest concerns.
• Verify and clarify orders with kitchen and bar staff as needed to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Present checks process payments and thank guests for their visit in a professional manner.
• Assist with the setup and arrangement of dining areas including setting tables and accommodating larger parties when needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and inviting dining environment by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Adhere to all food safety sanitation and service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
