• Prepare fresh ingredients with precision consistency and care.
• Wash chop portion and organize vegetables meats seafood and other ingredients.
• Prepare sauces dressings soups and other recipes according to our standards.
• Keep the kitchen stocked organized and ready for busy lunch and dinner services.
• Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
• Maintain a clean safe and sanitary work environment.
• Work closely with our line cooks and chefs to keep service running smoothly.

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Pride in producing quality work every day.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependabilityyou show up ready to work and support your team.
• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus but were willing to train someone with the right attitude and desire to learn.
