Rams Head Shore House is looking for our next Restaurant Manager to join one of the best crews on Kent Island!

Were looking for someone who leads from the floor loves hospitality and knows how to create a great experience for both guests and staff.

If youre energetic organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do

Help lead and motivate an amazing team
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Support daily restaurant operations
Assist with hiring training and coaching staff
Work alongside our kitchen and bar teams
Help keep the good vibes flowing with great food cocktails and beer

What Were Looking For

12 years of restaurant leadership or full-service experience
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in a team environment
Comfortable with POS and scheduling systems
Someone who loves hospitality and taking care of people

Compensation

$50000$58000/year based on experience
