Restaurant Manager | Polished Casual Full service

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our polished casual full-service team in Marietta. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant dining environment where exceptional service and culinary excellence are at the forefront of our mission.

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining quality standards within the establishment. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to create a memorable dining experience that aligns with our companys goals. We offer a salary range of $60000 - $70000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage staff recruitment training and development
• Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
• Analyze financial reports and drive profitability initiatives
• Enhance the restaurants menu and promotional strategies
• Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff

• 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing budgets and financial reports
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
