About the Opportunity


Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for an exciting upscale dining concept. This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-focused high-service environment and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director the Restaurant Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations partnering closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service operational excellence and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily front-of-house restaurant operations
  • Recruit hire train coach and develop a high-performing service team
  • Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on business demands
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through active floor presence and table touches
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service execution
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational standards
  • Manage POS system operations reporting and daily functionality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Foster a positive team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality
  • Assist with special events banquet operations and other Food & Beverage initiatives as needed

Ideal Experience

  • 35 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale steakhouse or fine dining environment
  • Proven ability to lead coach and develop front-of-house teams
  • Strong background delivering exceptional guest service in high-volume operations
  • Experience with scheduling performance management and staff development
  • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (Agilysys experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards; ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Hands-on leadership style with the flexibility to support all areas of restaurant operations
