What Youll Do

Youll lead the front of the house while partnering with the Kitchen Manager to create a restaurant known for exceptional hospitality chef-inspired food and an atmosphere thats both relaxed and unforgettable.

Youll:

• Lead from the floor engaging with guests and supporting your team every shift.
• Create an environment where guests feel welcomed valued and eager to return.
• Coach and develop a hospitality-focused team that delivers friendly and authentic experiences.
• Ensure every plate every drink and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Partner with the Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience from first greeting to final thank you.
• Manage daily operations scheduling labor and financial performance while maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.

• Has 2 years of restaurant management experience in a faced paced from scratch restaurant.
• Naturally connects with guests and enjoys being present on the dining room floor.
• Leads with positivity energy and accountability.
• Builds teams that genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
• Holds high standards for hospitality food quality cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Stays calm organized and solutions-focused during busy service.
