Join our team atSkybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill as a Host/Hostess where you will be the first point of contact for our guests creating a welcoming and positive dining experience in our lively Natick MA location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Answer phone calls handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed to support the team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.

• $17.50-$17.50 per hour paid bi-weekly.
