Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Primary Purpose: Supervise operation of dining area and seat guests.

Repsonsibilities:

• Greets guests upon arrival and determines appropriate seating location including special requests.
• Maintains the computerized guest reservation system.
• Monitors daily operation and adjusts staff as necessary.
• Solicits feed back from customers on service and food.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in similar food service environment.
