As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee daily operations ensure top-notch guest experiences and manage a talented team. We offer a competitive salary range of $110000 - $130000 annually alongside opportunities for professional development and advancement in a thriving company culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring service excellence and adherence to standards
- Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Enhance guest experiences through innovative service strategies
- Monitor inventory management and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in restaurant management with a focus on leadership
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in staff management and team building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software
