• Oversee daily operations ensuring service excellence and adherence to standards
• Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Enhance guest experiences through innovative service strategies
• Monitor inventory management and coordinate with suppliers
• Prepare and manage budgets ensuring profitability
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management with a focus on leadership
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in staff management and team building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software
