As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead train and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to meet financial goals
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
