- Create a strong partnership with the culinary and front of house staff to ensure exceptional guest service consistent dish presentation and exceptional food quality.
- Maintaining open communication with staff and fostering a team spirit.
- Work closely with the servers/hostesses and culinary staff to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that cleanliness exceeds expectations.
- Supervises and assists in guest service training for all Team Members.
- Manage quality control of the service and timeliness of food & alcohol orders.
- Evaluate and respond to guest trends needs issues and comments.
- Assists with the development of marketing strategies to drive new visitation guest loyalty and VIP player and Host driven events.
- Helps create venue awareness through social media channels.
- Stays abreast of competitive techniques and strives for continuous improvement.
- Ensures that the outlets physical appearance/FFE is maintained in exceptional condition.
- Ensures compliance with all regulations associated with food alcohol and gaming.
- Coordinates with the culinary team and purchasing to ensure that the outlet maintains appropriate beverage/food inventories.
- Optimizes the controlling the cost of labor food and beverage.
- Perform continuous process improvement for enhancing guests amenities for the venue and support of gaming pit areas and retail opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Flexible work schedule.
- Knowledge and experience in POS systems such as Micros Aloha.
- Knowledge of budgeting P&L review percentages variances etc.
- Have general beverage knowledge of spirits wine beer and cordials.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to:
- Analyze and interpret operation results.
- Solve complex problems.
- Perform assigned duties under pressure.
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree required; 4-year degree in related fields preferred.
- 5-7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision.
- Must be certified in alcohol awareness
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by theState Gaming Control Agency.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Use of stairs and elevators
- Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to climb bend stretch twist or reach with your body and arms
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels

- Exposed to alcohol cigarette and cigar smoke bright lights and loud noises.
