The ideal Restaurant General Manager leads by example promoting the vision recruiting and mentoring a passionate team collaborating with local businesses supporting sustainability and focusing on training a like-minded individual.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or 2 years current experience as a Full Service Restaurant Manager
• High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $1.5 million per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring training and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&Ls inventory food/labor cost etc.)
