The responsibility of a Team Member is preparing and serving food taking orders maintaining a clean environment and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes: (a) ensuring company standards are met; (b) assisting with inventory; (c) remaining enthusiastic with a positive attitude; and (d) ensuring the highest quality of products and services are delivered to customers.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time Team Members that are hard-working willing to learn team oriented friendly and honest. Our goal is to always promote from within by developing Team Members into Shift Leaders and providing a path to continued growth within our company. Required Skills:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve food to customers.
- Receive orders from customers.
- Ensure orders are correct prior to serving to customers.
- Effectively work under pressure.
- Be proactive and take initiative.
- Complete Zaxbys University training program.
- Participate in both opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure company standards are met.

Customer Experience:

- Direct interaction with customers to ensure we are delivering the highest possible experience.
- Always remain positive and enthusiastic.
- Ensure the property is maintained and free of trash.
