Restaurant Cook

From day one youll embark on an enriching training program familiarizing yourself with our policies and cooking procedures and acquiring the skills needed to deliver the exceptional food and dining experience our guests expect. Our cooks start at a rate of $13/hour with the potential to earn up to $19/hour based on your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies procedures and food health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and plate food according to Company recipes.
• Set up clean and sanitize the workstation before during and after the shift.
• Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists.

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and apply galley terminology and procedures.
• Reading skills to complete online and on-the-job training.
• Ability to memorize recipes and plating techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
