Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Primary Purpose: Assists Wait Staff in providing service to customers. Stocks removes and resets dishes glassware flatware table linens and other related restaurant supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Removes soiled or unused dishes glassware flatware table linens or other related restaurant supplies from customers tables.
- Resets tables as necessary.
- Stocks dining areas and assists with table settings.
- Serves beverages refills water coffee and tea as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred.
Work Experience:
- Prior work experience in similar position preferred but no previous experience required.
- Ability to read speak and understand English preferred.
- Ability to perform duties safely swiftly and accurately while providing courteous and friendly customer service.
