• 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified candidates must be able to reach multiple locations within a 30-mile radius from your home zip code.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfortable use of technology (POS systems inventory tools MS Office).
• Ability to stand/walk for 810 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends.
