Respite Care Worker Home Services

Saratoga Medical has a wonderful opportunity for a Respite Care Worker/ Home Services in Ozark AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities including feeding dressing hygiene and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g. feeding pumps suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: LPN RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional empathetic demeanor
