Job Summary
Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Respite Care Worker/ Home Services at Adkins TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare or caregiving experience to provide compassionate hands-on support to individuals with daily care and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily activities including feeding dressing hygiene and mobility
- Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g. feeding pumps suction devices)
- Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: LPN RN)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional empathetic demeanor
