This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are seeking a compassionate patient and dependable respite care provider to support an adult woman living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This role is focused primarily on companionship socialization and building a positive connection in a relaxed home environment.
Compensation: $16.32/hour
Schedule: Flexible scheduling arranged in advance (Roughly 2-hour shifts)
Up to 4Hr/Week

- Encourage positive engagement and community connection when appropriate
- Maintain a supportive and respectful environment

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly easygoing enjoys gaming or pop culture and is comfortable building rapport through conversation and shared activities.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Patient understanding and emotionally supportive personality
- Experience with MS or disabilities is a plus but not required
- Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
- No personal care assistance required
