Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Pay Range: $34.98 - $43.15 per hour ($72758 - $89752 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $10000

Job Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join its growing Respiratory Therapy team. Responsibilities

• Assess treat and monitor patients requiring respiratory care services
• Maintain accurate patient records in both electronic and paper formats
• Document treatments procedures and patient responses
• Enter patient and billing information accurately into electronic systems
• Provide age-appropriate care based on patient needs and developmental stages
• Assist with sleep studies and EEG testing as needed
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• Current New York State Respiratory Therapist license (RT or RTT)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Ability to perform oxygen CPAP and BiPAP titrations

Preferred

• Polysomnography (Sleep Lab) experience
• Previous hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
