Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM every other weekend and holiday

- Evaluate patients respiratory conditions by conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer respiratory therapies including medical gas delivery nebulization chest physiotherapy airway management and mechanical ventilation (invasive and non-invasive) for pediatric adolescent adult and neonatal patients.
- Perform diagnostic testing such as arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis pulmonary function testing and pulse oximetry
- Monitor patient physiological responses to treatments and adjust care or escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Manage artificial airways and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety and therapy effectiveness.
- Active member of the medical emergency response teams.
Education:
- Associate or bachelors degree in respiratory therapy from an accredited program is
- Graduate of aCoARCapproved Respiratory Care program is
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Must have current licensure in good standing to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in State(s) of Practice
- Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Must obtain within 90 days of hire:
- Mandatory Reporter
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
