About Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital
Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics neurosciences womens health heart and vascular and cancer care.
The Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) Respiratory Therapist performs and documents diagnostic pulmonary function tests to evaluate lung function and support the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases. This role ensures accurate testing patient safety equipment maintenance and collaboration with providers for timely results.
- Required Associates Degree Respiratory Therapy
- 1 year experience in Pulmonary Function Testing required
- Eligible for position after attainment of RRT NBRC status. Required
- LIC-Respiratory Therapist - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
