Respiratory Therapist or CRT Perm Full Time Arkansas (Conway)

OVERVIEW
This is a full-time respiratory therapy role focused on delivering respiratory care directly to patients in their homes.

• Conduct in home patient assessments
• Provide education on respiratory equipment and prescribed therapies
• Set up and adjust ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment per physician orders
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Provide ongoing patient follow up and support
• Participate in scheduled on call coverage
• Assist with training and onboarding of clinical team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Must live within 25 miles of Conway location

Preferred

• Home healthcare experience
• Respiratory therapy experience
• DME experience
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
• At least one year of clinical experience

• Problem solving and equipment troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and caregivers

• Standard office and communication equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and transport patient equipment up to 65 lbs
• Daily driving and travel throughout territory
• Standing walking sitting talking and listening for extended periods
• Exposure to patient environments and potential health risks
• Must comply with N95 fit testing and respiratory protection requirements
