Pay Rate: $1700 To $1800 /Week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM 7:30 PM; rotating weekends and holidays

Experience: Minimum 1 year required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week rapid response contract opportunity in Gardner Massachusetts. This role supports respiratory care services during day shifts and requires strong assessment skills ventilator management experience respiratory treatment knowledge and the ability to provide safe care across diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

Assess patient respiratory status and develop appropriate respiratory care plans

Administer respiratory treatments oxygen therapy medications and cardiopulmonary support

Set up and monitor mechanical ventilators BiPAP CPAP and related respiratory equipment

Perform ABGs pulse oximetry pulmonary function testing EKGs and bronchoscopy support as needed

Document care accurately using Meditech and coordinate treatment plans with the healthcare team

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License Required

Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapy program required

RRT Certification Required Or Eligibility Required

ACLS PALS And NRP Certifications Required Or Must Be Obtained Within 6 Months

Prior Respiratory Therapy experience and basic computer skills required
