Respiratory Student Technician I

Job Overview

As a Respiratory Student Tech youll gain real-world hands-on experience providing respiratory care under physician orders and clinical supervision. Youll work with patients across the lifespan from infants to older adults while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in respiratory therapy.

Students are scheduled for a minimum of 16 hours per pay period.

What Youll Do

• Assist with respiratory care services under supervision
• Support diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures
• Care for patients of all ages across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Learn proper equipment use treatments and patient education techniques
• Work closely with licensed respiratory therapists and clinical teams

Required:

• Active Respiratory Student Permit
• Enrollment in the 2nd or final year of a Respiratory Therapy program
