Resource Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm) with occasional weekend evenings

This position is fully on-site.

Essential Functions:

• Manages and maintains departmental resources for programming and orders supplies as needed.
• Receives processes organizes and distributes donations throughout the hospital and offsite areas.
• Manages communications with donors community partners team members and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintains departmental storage areas through stocking and organizing resources in assigned areas.
• Supports program volunteers as needed and facilitates volunteer training.
• Assists with the planning implementation and evaluation of departmental events and programs.
• Supports the maintenance of playrooms and play resources to sustain safe clean and accessible learning and play environment.

Education Requirement:

• Completion of some college coursework required.
• Bachelors Degree in child development education psychology supply chain management or related field preferred.

Skills:

• Strong planning organizational and decision making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both children and adults.
• Ability to learn new skills and technologies.

Experience:

• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience teaching or supervising individuals and groups preferred.
• Experience using a variety of technology required.
