Resort Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at our Stunning Charter Club Resort of Naples this role you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms public spaces and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Responsibilities Include:

• Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
• Maintaining the guestrooms public spaces back of the house areas in good repair.
• Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
• Painting stucco texturing drywall staining knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
• Other duties as assigner by your leader.

What are we looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbally
• Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and grasp stoop reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred but not required:

• EPA OSHA 10-30 CPO certifications.
