Key Responsibilities

• Diagnoseandrepairresidential plumbing systems

• Installwater heaters fixtures water lines and related plumbing equipment

• Perform inspections troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions

• Clear drains and resolve plumbing blockages

• Educate homeowners on repair and maintenance options

• Follow safety standards and local plumbing codes

• Document completed work and customer interactions

• Assistin developing Apprentice Plumbers

Qualifications

• 3 years of Plumbing experience preferably in residential service
• Valid drivers licensewith a clean driving

• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems tools and applicable codes

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Comfortableusing mobile technology and software for documentation and invoicing

• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
