What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area
• Educate homeowners on renewable energy solutions and enrollment options
• Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with a wide range of customers
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your pipeline
• Work toward weekly activity and performance goals
• Participate in daily coaching training and team development
• Work independently in the field while remaining accountable to team goals

What Youll Earn

• Weekly pay uncapped commission structure
