Job Summary

What Youll Do

Sell Solutions Not Products

Every day youll meet homeowners who need guidance expertise and options.

Youll:

  • Diagnose electrical issues
  • Educate customers on their options
  • Recommend upgrades that improve safety reliability efficiency and convenience
  • Present solutions with confidence and professionalism
  • Help homeowners make informed decisions
  • Generate additional revenue through consultative sales

This isnt high-pressure sales.

Its helping customers understand whats possible and delivering solutions they genuinely need.

Install with Excellence

Once the customer says yes youll make it happen.

Youll perform:

  • EV charger installations
  • Service upgrades and replacements
  • Panel upgrades
  • Lighting installations
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Whole-home electrical improvements
  • Preventive maintenance and safety inspections

Lead and Develop Others

As an experienced technician youll also:

  • Mentor apprentices in the field
  • Teach proper installation techniques
  • Promote safety and professionalism
  • Help build a culture of continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license
  • Residence within the Greater St. Louis area
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • 4 years of electrical experience
  • 2 years in a sales-driven electrical service environment
  • Technical or trade school education
  • Experience presenting options and closing residential service opportunities
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Experience mentoring apprentices
