The Role:

As a Residential Roofing Project Manager you will be the key liaison between the company our construction crews and the client. This is a demanding hands-on role focused on quality control site management immediate problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control & Site Management

  • Ensure the job site remains clean throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Confirm that construction crews adhere to correct construction methods and safety protocols.
  • Actively safeguard the clients property from damage during construction.

2. Repair Expertise & Problem Solving

  • Maintain proficiency in independently diagnosing and repairing roofing issues without the need for a crew.
  • Provide immediate on-the-spot problem-solving for any unexpected issues that arise.

3. Availability & Communication

  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for callbacks or repairs outside of regular working hours.
  • Be available to address and correct issues at any time whether its 10 PM on a weeknight or 8 AM on a Sunday morning.

Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays)

  • Pay: Day Rate of $200 - $250
  • Perks: Health Insurance (available after demonstrating consistent success and transitioning to a salary-based position).

Work Schedule Requirements:

This is a physically demanding role with long hours on-site:

  • Arrival at the job site is typically required before the crew arrives usually around 6:30 AM.
  • Departure from the job site usually occurs after the crew has finished work around 7 PM.

Experience and Equipment Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an outside project manager for residential shingle roofing is preferred but not required.
  • This position requires the use of a personal pickup truck for transporting tools materials and supplies to job sites.
  • Compensation is provided for work conducted outside of standard business hours.
