THE ROLE:

Project Managers are the front line to our roof installation operations. Main
responsibilities include reviewing sales orders and job scopes ensuring equipment and materials are properly
accounted for planning re-roof installations on-site managing subcontractor crews during
installation effective and thorough documentation of the installation communication with
management regarding progress problem solving on-site issues homeowner communication throughout
the installation and final cleanup including homeowner final walk throughs.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily residential roofing installations
  
• Coordinate subcontractor crews
• Ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
• Document installations with photos
• Complete final quality inspections
• Resolve field issues
• Maintain a clean safe jobsite

Required Experience:

Junior IC
