Required Education Experience Licensure(s)/Certification(s) Skills etc.:
- Licensed or Certified Appraiser in the State of Ohio
- Experience providing testimony to support opinion of value
- Review appraisal work
- Excellent communication analytical and computer skills
- Positive can-do attitude
Summary of Job Duties:
- Perform duties supporting valuation appraisal of residential property at a fair and accurate market value
- Data collection by conducting on-site measurements and inspections including new construction and review of blueprints
- Provide testimony for the Board of Revision Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
- Appraisal review for purposes of Board of Revision Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
- Perform field work in your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
- Application of appraisal terms principles and techniques
- Possess the skills to interact with the public tax agents and attorneys
