Residential Property Manager

Take the lead on a residential property portfolio owner relationships tenant relationships leasing and financial performance all in one role. Youll be in the field not just at a desk working closely with our maintenance and accounting teams.

• Own the portfolio: occupancy leasing renewals inspections budgets
• Coordinate maintenance & vendors: walkthroughs repairs proposals
• Manage leasing: show units screen applicants handle move-ins/outs
• Handle the numbers: invoices delinquencies financial reporting
• Be the point of contact for owners tenants and vendors
• Respond fast to inquiries and occasional after-hours emergencies

• 2 years in residential property management (support coordinator or PM role)
• Willing to obtain your Hawaii Real Estate License (well support your path)
• Working knowledge of Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code & Fair Housing laws
• Experience with AppFolio (or similar) Microsoft Office 365
• Valid drivers license regular travel between properties required
