What Youll Be Doing
- Leading the team - Youll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.
- Creating a therapeutic environment - Youll monitor the milieu to ensure every youths treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.
- Keeping communication flowing - Youll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.
- Owning documentation & development - Youll oversee paperwork support program growth and help us evolve in meaningful ways.

What Youll Need to Bring
- A bachelors degree plus two years of experience in a child-caring facility
- Leadership skills that inspire mentor and motivate
- Self-starter energy - someone who can run with tasks and meet timelines independently
- Flexibility to support the needs of the program and the youth we serve
- A valid drivers license

All Shifts: Persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform Safe Crisis Management a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior. Maryhurst provides extensive training opportunities for all employees who will have direct contact with the clients.
