Residential Program Coordinator Lead DSP

• Coordinate services related to finances activities healthcare nutrition household management and educational/vocational programs. 
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage. 
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming individual supports and team communication. 
• Provide guidance coaching and support to staff and support team members. 
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts including personal cares meal preparation transportation and other activities of daily living. 
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence choice dignity and positive outcomes. 
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean safe and well-maintained home environment including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks. 
• Communicate program household medical behavioral and staffing needs to supervisors. 

Qualifications :

Required (Must-Have) 

• High school diploma or GED. 
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance. 
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience or a two-year degree in a related field. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand walk bend squat and provide direct support for extended periods. 
• Ability to safely transfer reposition and assist individuals in accordance with established safety guidelines. 
• Ability to lift move push pull and/or assist with lifting up to 50 pounds. 

Skills & Abilities 

• Prior experience in residential services preferred. 
• Strong organizational decision-making communication and time management skills. 
• Strong reading writing and verbal communication skills to document services follow support plans and collaborate with internal and external team members. 
• Demonstrated reliability accountability and professionalism. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team. 
• Ability to support individuals using a person-centered approach that promotes dignity independence and choice.
