Residential Program Coordinator Lead DSP

Job Summary
- Coordinate services related to finances activities healthcare nutrition household management and educational/vocational programs.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
- Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming individual supports and team communication.
- Provide guidance coaching and support to staff and support team members.
- Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts including personal cares meal preparation transportation and other activities of daily living.
- Promote person-centered supports that foster independence choice dignity and positive outcomes.
- Assist with household management and help maintain a clean safe and well-maintained home environment including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
- Communicate program household medical behavioral and staffing needs to supervisors.
Qualifications :
Required (Must-Have)
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience or a two-year degree in a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk bend squat and provide direct support for extended periods.
- Ability to safely transfer reposition and assist individuals in accordance with established safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift move push pull and/or assist with lifting up to 50 pounds.
Skills & Abilities
- Prior experience in residential services preferred.
- Strong organizational decision-making communication and time management skills.
- Strong reading writing and verbal communication skills to document services follow support plans and collaborate with internal and external team members.
- Demonstrated reliability accountability and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to support individuals using a person-centered approach that promotes dignity independence and choice.
