Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections diagnoses and repairs of residential plumbing systems with a focus on drain issues.
• Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to identify and resolve drain blockages leaks and other plumbing-related problems.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed parts used and time spent on each job.
• Always adhere to company safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a plumbing technician with a specific focus on drain services.
• 2-5 years of Drain Tech experience preferred*
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of drain issues including clogs leaks and backups.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
