What does a Residential Operations Supervisor do

As a Residential Operations Supervisor at Pine Valley Residential Services you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our dedicated direct care teams in our Adult Family Home facilities. This position requires you to collaborate closely with a supervisory team providing onsite supervision and management to ensure high-quality support for our residents. You will engage in vital administrative functions and serve as a crucial support resource under the guidance of the Executive Team. Your primary goal will be to foster an environment that guarantees quality programming for our clients while also training and leading our direct care teams. Additionally you will provide mentorship to our leadership staff ensuring that we maintain compliance with licensing requirements and uphold the highest standards of excellence in care for adults in Assisted Living and Long Term Care settings.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Minimum of Associate Degree in Human Services or similar field.
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing at least 15 direct reports
• Working with adults in assisted living and long term care
