Join The Arc Columbia-Saratoga formerly Coarc (Columbia County Arc) as a Residential Manager and help empower people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful fulfilling this leadership role youll oversee the daily operations of a residential home mentor and develop your team and help create a safe person-centered environment where people we support can thrive.

Location: Hudson NY

Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Tuesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM and Sunday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Weekend Differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home while ensuring high-quality person-centered services.
  • Supervise coach and develop the Assistant Residential Manager and Direct Support Professionals to promote teamwork and professional growth.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of people we support.
  • Support people we support in achieving their personal goals building independence and participating in their communities.
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations agency policies documentation requirements and safety standards.
  • Monitor program budgets site maintenance vehicle records and required operational reports.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff families clinical team members and community partners to ensure quality services.
  • Participate in hiring onboarding staff development and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive respectful and inclusive environment for people we support and employees.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (TASC) required
  • One year combined experience working with people with disabilities and/or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership communication organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to supervise coach and develop employees
  • Valid NYS drivers license required
  • Ability to complete all required agency training and certifications
