Residential Manager Group Home Manhattan

AHRC NYC is seeking a Residential Manager (RM) for their Manhattan Group Home residence. 

Compensation Package: $66300 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive benefit Benefit information below.  

Schedule: must be willing to work one day of each overnights.                                                                         

Position Description: 

• Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
• Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he/she is assigned.
• Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his/her jurisdiction.
• Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.
• Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his/her jurisdiction.

Qualifications :

• Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required.
• Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting Preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations Required.
• Valid NYS or Tri- state drivers license for more than one year is Required 
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelors Preferred.
