Residential Maintenance Supervisor Giddy Hall Apartments

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of residential facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems electrical systems and low voltage equipment.
• Manage facility maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment and facilities.
• Provide training and support to staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inventory and work orders.

• Excellent leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams effectively.
• Proficient in low voltage systems electrical work HVAC and industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices and principles.
• Experience in maintenance management including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to regulatory standards.
