The K Company is seeking an organized customer-focused Residential Install Coordinator to support our growing Residential Department. This position plays a vital role in coordinating HVAC installation projects communicating with customers and ensuring our installation team has everything they need to deliver an exceptional experience.

What Youll Do
- Schedule residential HVAC installation appointments.
- Coordinate daily schedules with installers and department leadership.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation dates timelines and project updates.
- Order and track equipment and materials for upcoming installations.
- Prepare work orders and installation paperwork.
- Coordinate permits inspections and required documentation.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and job records.
- Work closely with Sales Service Warehouse and Accounting to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Provide outstanding customer service before during and after each installation.
What Were Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems.
- Previous scheduling dispatching administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
