• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues inresidential propertiesthroughout the North Hampton area.
• Repair maintain and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally.
• Follow allsafety protocolsto ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members.

• A valid Oil Burner or Gas License is required
• EPA Universal preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
• Avalid drivers licensewith a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours including participation in on-call rotations as needed
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
