• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in occupied homes
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
• Install replace and upgrade HVAC systems and components including:
  • Furnaces air conditioners and heat pumps
  • Thermostats and indoor air quality components
• Troubleshoot airflow comfort efficiency and system performance issues
• Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings and options to homeowners

• 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems ductwork and ventilation
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
• Detail-oriented dependable and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Valid drivers license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
