Important: This is not an apprentice or entry-level position. Applicants must meet the prior residential experience and gas licensing requirements listed below to be considered.

What Youll Do:

• Perform detailed maintenance inresidential propertiesthroughout the southern NH area
• Communicate effectively with customers offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
• Follow allsafety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members

What Youll Bring:

• EPA Certification (Preferred not necessary)
• Active Gas Fitter license in New Hampshire or Trainee Card with time almost completed
• Oil experience is a plus!
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service or Maintenance Technician
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
• Must be age 21 or older
• Avalid drivers licensewith a clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
