Residential HVAC Install Assistant

Install Assistant VDLA LLC d/b/a R.A. Hoy Heating and Air Conditioning is looking to fill two (2) positions in Kitty Hawk NC to workapproximately 05/16/2026to 10/31/2026. This is a temporary full-time peak load :Assist the Lead Installer with installing air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Perform duties such as furnishing tools materials and supplies to other workers; cleaning work areas HVAC systems and tools; and holding materials or tools for other workers with the installation of auxiliary components to cooling equipment such as expansion or discharge valves air ducts pipes blowers dampers flues or stokers. Help and support the Lead Installer to change filters clean ducts and refill non-toxic refrigerants. Tend andobserveequipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation. Hold or supply tools parts equipment and supplies for other workers. Adjustmaintain and repair tools equipment and machines andassistmore skilled workers with similar :Requires 1 year of experience in any HVAC Electrical Refrigeration or Carpentry ETC position. Must pass drug screening and background & Conditions ofEmployment:Fulltime at least40 hoursper week. Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4: calculated each will be paid no less than $23.72 per hour. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates (ranging from $23.72 to $33.00 per hour). Overtime will be paid at 1.5timesworkers regular hourly pay ($35.58 to $49.50 per hour).Employerwill make all deductions from the workers paycheck as required by -the-job trainingprovided. The employer will provide workers at nochargeall tools supplies and equipmentrequiredto perform the Daily Transport Deductions Benefits:Transportation is provided to the worksite and client sites. A work truck and gas card will be provided to the travel daily to client worksitelocatedwithinDare county. Benefits become effective on the first day of the month after the start date of employment. Benefits include Health Dental Vision Short Term and Long Transportation:Theemployerwill reimbursethe worker during the first workweek for transportation and subsistence expenses incurred while traveling from the place of recruitment to the worksite. However if the workerfails tocomplete 50% of the work contract period the employer may withholdthe reasonable cost of transportation from the workers final paycheck. The employer will reimburse the worker during the first workweek for all fees incurred by the worker for visa visa processing border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government. If the worker completes the full period of employment or is dismissed by the employer for any reason the employer will payfor the workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence unless the worker willimmediatelybegin working for another H-2B amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
