About the RoleIn this leadership position as a Residential House Supervisor you will oversee daily operations in a residential home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Youll ensure that residents receive personalized support while supervising staff and maintaining a safe nurturing : SantanaSchedule: Tues- Sat 9a-5pPay: The pay for this position is $23.00 to $ Youll Do:Supervise and support direct care staff ensuring quality care and adherence to residents with daily living activities including meal prep hygiene and medication a safe clean and positive home environment for residents progress and develop individualized care scheduling training and performance evaluations for community engagement by supporting residents in social and recreational You Are:A compassionate leader who is passionate about helping others organized with strong communication and problem-solving in working with individuals with disabilities in a residential You Need to Succeed:High school diploma or GED Must meet at minimum one of the following criteria: Possession of a valid vocational nurse or psychiatric technician license issued by the Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners. Completion of at least 30 college or university units in education social services behavioral sciences health sciences or related fields AND six (6) months experience providing direct support to developmentally disabled persons. Eighteen (18) months experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled person under the supervision of a qualified intellectual disability professionalValid CA Drivers License with a clean driving to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility skills in scheduling documentation and team Points If You:Have experience with electronic case management systems (Therap preferred).Are fluent in multiple languages (English Spanish or Tagalog preferred).Have prior experience in staff training and development.
