Job Summary

**Job Summary:**

Bay-CSS is seeking a compassionate and responsible Glen Burnie Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time role with benefits eligibility. The position involves providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting during specified shifts including Sunday 7am - 3pm Thursday 11pm - 9am and Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Successful completion of a background check
- Willingness to attend and complete all required training within specified timeframes
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation personal care and light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Follow individual care plans and document any changes or incidents
- Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and residents families
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
