Residential DSP Doubles in Waldorf, MD

**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is looking for a compassionate Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Waldorf MD who will provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role requires working specific shifts and completing mandatory trainings within given timeframes.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability support preferred.
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must complete all required trainings on time.
- Ability to adhere to the specified schedule: Thursday 3pm - 9am Friday 3pm - 7am and Saturday 11pm - 7am.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living tasks medication administration and personal care.
- Provide emotional support companionship and encouragement in daily activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized living environment.
- Document resident progress incidents and behavioral changes.
- Communicate effectively with the team and follow all protocols and procedures.
