This position is also responsible for supporting compliance documentation and quality assurance efforts to maintain high standards of : Schedule may vary based on business and client needs; may include nights weekends and Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Program Managers with day-to-day administrative and operational clients with activities and oversee the planning and execution of client parties and and organize client documentation including oversight of MAR documentation and file with office projects and setting up that Medication training is completed onsite with staff and House Managers up with House Managers to ensure task completion and training the accuracy and timeliness of Therap with residential projects as requested and up-to-date weekly and monthly reports and follow up with House Managers via in-person visits phone calls or deadlines and weekly job and manage ROIs medical appointments and client and maintain a daily checklist documenting completed in daily team meetings virtually or via phone Residential teams in Medication Management through data entry and report compliance for annual medical appointments ensuring clients receive necessary healthcare visits (dentist psychiatrist primary care eye care etc.).Follow up on protocols medical devices and policy exceptions to ensure completion and support the Operations team in achieving duties as in the role:Strong organizational and time management to collaborate with different teams and to detail and proficiency in documentation communication skills both written and with Therap documentation is a with Quality Assurance procedures and compliance to multitask and prioritize in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and other relevant Environment:This position may require travel between residential locations for meetings and of office-based and fieldwork to ensure compliance and client job description outlines the essential responsibilities and expectations for the Residential Coordinator role ensuring efficiency and compliance in residential Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age with High School Diploma or GED Equivalent have a fingerprint and criminal clearance prior to Instructor of New Employee Orientation and Safety TrainingCertified Long-Term Care Worker Instructor Residential Core TrainingCertified CPR / First Aid / BBP InstructorPeer Coach InstructorLicensing Requirements:Must pass a Washington State background checkWA Driver License and WA Auto InsuranceMust be able to obtain an NAR within 90 days of Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment training can be provided)Blood Borne Pathogen (within 120 days of employment training can be provided)Need to obtain CPI Blue CardOngoing Eligibility Qualifications:Complete and pass the background check screening upon hire and every two years thereafter or as active NAR CPR/First Aid Nurse Delegation and other required a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education Washington and Citizen Access Residential Resources are part of the Redwood Family Care Network family of companies.
